Well Benedikt Manstein is slowly coming along in his training, not far left to go to finish him off.
We have now got our Merchandise shop open brining in extra revenue. The change of approach to the management of the team has made an impact in our results:
Season 27 (Division 11 – 10)
1x 2nd, 2x 3rd, 1x 5th, 1x 8th, 1x 9th, 1x 10th, 1x 11th, 1x 12th, 1x 13th. (Total 10 results)
Season 28 (Division 10)
1x 5th, 1x 9th, 2x 15th (Total 4 Results)
Season 29 (Division 10 – 8)
2 x 1st, 1x 2nd, 1x 3rd, 4x 4th, 5x 5th, 2x 6th, 2x 7th, 2x 8th, 5x 9th, 5x 10th, 4x 11th, 2x 12th, 4x 13th, 5x 14th, 1x 15th (Total 45 Results)
I have managed to build a first team that is really good. But my 5 remaining riders aren’t brilliant. I’m wanting to progress to have to good teams that could be going out twice a week and help us build more points quicker.
What should I do next?
Continue to use my first team to bring in the Revenue & points and use the revenue & selling the remaining 5 riders to bring in a better 6 riders?
Should I use 2 of my remaining riders along with 4 of my first team riders & use them every 3-4 days to try and get an extra race in every 2 weeks?

Cl team and sprint team I think
I have bought another average rider to give me 12 riders. I'm going to work them as 2 seperate teams to get more races in and hopefully earn more points. Whats the best way I should set up my team? Top 6 AV as team one and bottom 6 AV as team two or to split the averages so bot teams are roughly equal in total AV, which would mean I wouldnt have my strongest team but would have two teams with a ch
I suggest finding a high av captain in the discipline you like and focus on building a team to support him.do that
And keep ts and dp high you will be up the divisions and earning more points in no time

I See that on the left hand side there is a Results overview that only shows any top 3's. I'm going by the team tab, Results section which shows you anything in the top 15 which helps me see in more detail how my team is doing.
Do you now that only a top 3 in a one day race is a result ?
